Dermal fillers

Dermal fillers are a great, non-surgical facial rejuvenation and anti-aging treatment, but they can’t always provide the best outcome for every patient. For some, a facelift, eye lift, or brow lift surgery is the best option. However, if used early on, soft tissue fillers can delay the need for invasive surgeries. The best dermal fillers are the ones capable of providing the best outcome for you.

If you are physically healthy, are committed to maintaining good skincare and health, and have a positive outlook coupled with realistic goals for improving your appearance, then you may be a good candidate for dermal fillers. The best way to find out is to book a personal consultation.

Cohesive monodensified filler

Non-Cohesive (Biphasic) filler

Lips Augmentation

Fillers can improve the appearance of your lips by adding:

  • Shape
  • Structure
  • Volume

The effects typically last around six-eight months. After that more injections are needed to keep the volume of your lips.

The benefits of hyaluronic acid fillers:

The amount of substance injected can be controlled how much lip volume is created.

Any lumps and bumps created by movement of the lips can be dissolved easily. The injections can be given gradually during different appointments until the desired results are achieved.

Lasting results, but not permanent.

Nasolabial folds

Fillers treat deep sized wrinkles and nasolabial folds.

The ‘nasolabial’ or ‘nose-to-mouth’ lines and folds are similar in many ways to the ‘marionette’ lines and folds. They are both formed when, through the natural ageing process, the central part of the face loses soft-tissue volume whilst the fat pads from the lateral parts of the face, thin and drop downwards due to changes in the adipose tissue and a loss of elasticity in the dermis.

As people age, nasolabial folds become more noticeable as they deepen. Facial fillers are often used to restore volume in this area of the face with the intention of making nasolabial folds less noticeable by providing renewed volume to this area of the face.

  • This is a treatment that is suitable for all ages and anyone looking to lift the mid region of the face or decrease the NLF.
  • The results will be visible after the treatment however it does take up to two weeks for the final result to show.
  • As with any injectable, there is a risk of swelling and some bruising (particularly the first 48 hours), this can be significantly reduced by avoiding alcohol, blood thinning medication and taking arnica (recommended) a week before your treatment
  • This treatment can last anywhere between 6 – 9 months, however it does vary from person to person. Top ups may be required before then and I am more than happy to advise you on this.

If you are currently on medication, especially that have blood thinning properties, before booking, please give me a call or email me, we will discuss your possibilities.

Jawline / Chin enchancement

Jawline augmentation is a non surgical way to bring strength and definition to the jaw, where this may appear naturally weak. A defined jawline is a very desirable look, and a strong jawline can be the most striking feature of a person’s appearance. If you want to recover the lost volume in your jawline then using dermal fillers is a safer and faster procedure.

Dermal fillers is used to fill out the area effectively sculpting and reshaping the jaw. In some people the concern is not just that the jawline appears weak but may also be unbalanced. We can use dermal filler injections to enhance and even out the facial structure bringing a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. Dermal filler to the jaw can also give a face lift effect by improving the definition.

Chin Filler is a popular treatment used to help enhance a weak chin, or to smooth out irregularities such as dimpling, through increasing volume to the area.

Some people feel they have a disproportionately small chin in relation to the rest of the features of their face. Dermal fillers can be injected into the chin to lengthen it to achieve the perfect proportion. It can also move the chin forwards or downwards to create the perfect ratio between the nose, lips and chin.
