Pre-treatment:

Avoid any auto-immune therapies or products 12 hours before the treatment.
If you have a history of cold sores or fever blisters ask you physician to prescribe Valtrex, which you should take prior to treatment and continued for 3 days following.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure to the treatment area 24 hours before the treatment.
No Retin-A products or Aspirin based medicines 12 hours prior to your treatment.

After Treatment:

Your skin will appear red and flushed, which a good sign that the treatment is working, and this will subside within a few days. After your micro needling treatment, please be aware and observe the following:

Immediately after treatment, you will look as though you have a moderate to severe sunburn and your skin may feel warm and tight. This is normal and will subside
You may see persistent slight redness after 24 hours but only in minimal areas or spots
Do not use the alcohol-based products for the first 24 hours
HYDRATE – Following your micro needling treatment, your skin may feel drier than normal Hyaluronic acid is an ideal ingredient to hydrate and restore the skin to perfect balance. You will be given Hydrating Complex which should be applied to all treated areas four times a day for the first three days
Avoid direct sunlight for 24 hours, direct sun exposure for minimum 10 days
Do not apply any sunscreen, tanning lotion or any other skincare products because your skin’s micro channels are open for a period of time and also because many of the skincare products have toxic ingredients for 2 days
Do not apply any kind of makeup for at least 12 hours

Micro needling mesotherapy stretch marks

Stretch marks can result from a whole lot of things, including pregnancy, childhood growth spurts, and genetic predisposition. Results can vary from patient to patient, often there are quite drastic before-and-after picture comparisons.
Stretch marks are tears to the connective tissue of the skin, caused by over stretching of the skin. When the connective tissue is stretched, the tear results in what’s called an epidermal atrophy along the area that has been damaged. Once this happens, the epidermis becomes thin and loses it ridges, breaking the elastic fibres and causing the epidermis to retract. When you microneedle your stretch marks, it helps to promote regeneration of the skin covering those stretch marks, which restores the contours of your skin’s surface.

Micro needling mesotherapy acne scars

Acne scars are areas of fibrous tissue (fibrosis) that replace normal skin after injury. A scar results from the biological process of wound repair in the skin and other tissues of the body. With the exception of very minor lesions, every wound (e.g. after accident, disease, surgery) results in some degree of scarring. Scar tissue is the same protein (collagen) as the tissue that it replaces, but the fibre composition of the protein is different. Instead of a nice “basket weave” formation of fibres, the collagen in scar tissue is aligned in a single direction resulting in a pronounced and thicker appearance.
There are multiple causes of acne, including hormone dysfunction, allergies, environmental factors, and nutritional deficiencies. Regardless if the cause, acne scars are a result of skin follicles becoming blocked by excessive oils. The skin will attempt to heal anyway, and scar tissue forms as the collagen becomes deformed and thickens.

Contraindications

You should consult with your physician before treatment, if you have or have suffered from various diseases such as:

anticoagulant therapy
facial cancer (past or present)
chemotherapy
steroid treatment
facial skin diseases
diabetes and other chronic disease

It is not recommended to use micro needling mesotherapy to pregnant or lactating women.
It is also not recommended to apply a micro needling mesotherapy treatment to people who have undergo a botox treatment after 2 weeks minimally or 4 if they have some kind of filler.

Nano-micro mesotherapy

NANO micro mesotherapy works a little different than Micro Mesotherapy. It does use the same type of oscillating motion to treat the skin, but the cartridge encompasses 81 silicone tips.
These microscopic hair-like cones separate the cells within the epidermis to allow active products to be pushed into the skin. Nano-needling only affects the epidermis, treating within the upper 0.25 mm of the skin. The benefits of this serum infusion treatment include pigmentation reduction, increased cell turnover, skin rejuvenation and an immediate glow with no downtime.

This treatment can be done in a course of 1 a week for 6 weeks.
